- May 18, 2026 This review is long overdue. Dr. Brian Cole is one of the best orthopedic surgeons I have come across in a long time. I have had a rough time in football. My high school football years at Jesuit High school were riddled with injury. In my sophomore year, I encountered a high-ankle sprain and therefore had to have a tight rope procedure, 2020, then I had an ACL full thickness tear in my left knee with a repair 2021, and then a Medical Meniscus tear and repair in my left knee 2022, and lastly a scope and clean of my left knee with Dr. Brian Cole 12/2024. I managed to secure a Preferred Walk on opportunity with University of Florida 05/2023; however, I was immediately placed in the pit for rehab instead of on the field as a result of how my MRI looked. I went through two injections at Florida and lots of Sports Therapy, but my career there would be short lived, and I had to leave fall 2024 seeking surgical intervention, because Florida gave up on me and told me to hang up my cleats. My family and I were desperate, and seeking answers, so we ran to San Francisco California in hopes of me getting a Meniscus Transplant, only to learn prior to the visit, no surgery will take place until my family produced $10,000. Again, I was faced with the painful reality that life failed me. Here I was hoping to get the surgery and start rehab again, recover, and get back to the field, and I was faced with the harsh reality this would not be the case. I watched my mom cry, and my dad bury his head in shame, after spending >$5,000 just to make the trip and nothing happened, I was going home with nothing. Nothing but God happened next, nothing but God. My mom reached out to my former ankle surgeon, Dr. Sean Lannon in Tampa FL, who recommended Dr. Brian Cole as a top orthopedic surgeon, coincidentally my dad was speaking to my mom and mentioned that his co-worker recommended his wife’s surgeon, Dr. Brian Cole, who also was highly rated by another Orthopedic knee surgeon here in Tampa, Dr. Guttentag; there was no doubt in my mind that I had to see him and he made it easy. Dr. Brian Cole is ALL GAS NO BREAKS!!!!!! His office was extremely efficient, and everything was organized. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT HIS REVIEW OF YOUR MEDICAL IS NECESSARY, BECAUSE HE BREAKS IT DOWN TO SCIENCE!!! IT IS WORTH WHAT YOU PAY!!! When I first saw Dr. Brain Cole, he appeared to be matter of fact and very suave and I just knew he was about business. When he called us in the evening hours from his personal cell phone, after he completed the review of my medical, I knew then he cared. Dr. Brian Cole, you are more than my surgeon, you are my forever friend. I do pray that if its Gods will you, I, and Dr. Sean Lannon will make it to the draft as I carry you both in my heart always. I have now successfully completed one season of football at a Juco and obtained a full paid scholarship with additional money from the University of Tennessee at Martin 01/2026 as an interior D-Lineman. I continue to stretch, eat healthy, use cold and hot therapy, train At Trench Academy in Tampa FL, and look forward to using healthy supplements to support cartilage growth in my knee, but my positive outlook on my career is all because of you.
