- July 08, 2026 I just wanted to take a moment to reach out to say thank you to you all once again!!! It has been about 18 months since my meniscal and osteochodral allograft transplant surgery. To say that I am happy with the outcome would be an understatement! The day to day of life and being able to keep up with my little kids has been great, and I am so grateful for that!
What has sparked this email though, is the fact that I just got back from an anniversary trip hiking all over Rocky Mountain National Park, and my knee is feeling great! This is a trip that I never could have done before surgery because of how bad the pain had gotten in my knee. The views from hiking were incredible, and I have you all to thank for making it possible!!
Thank you to Dr. Cole for saying yes when local doctors said there was nothing more that they could do and for the honesty and sharing of your knowledge!
Thank you to all of you (PAs) and Freddie for fielding and answering all of my emails asking questions, needing information, or needing clarification! You all are so great, and the work you put in deserves a thank you a million times over!! All of the support, knowledge, and care you provide (and always so kindly and so professionally) does so much for patients and is above and beyond what is “required.” All of it has made a successful surgery and recovery possible for me and has given me my active life back, and for that I am grateful!!
